At Paws N Prints, we understand that taking care of our customers’ unique needs is just as important as producing a quality product. That’s why we offer custom order options—to make sure your 3D printed treasure is just right for you.

Customize Our Creations

Love something you see in our shop but need it in a different size or color? We’ve got you! All of our current products are customizable—whether it’s a new hue to match your vibe or a size tweak to fit perfectly.

We carry a large range of colours in stock; however, we may not always have the exact colour that you are looking for. Our inventory is constantly updating, changing, and expanding, so there are always new options to explore.

Bring Your Own File

Already have a design in mind? We accept ready-to-print files from you—just send them our way!

  • Have a file? Great—share it with us and we’ll provide a quote.
  • No file? While we can sometimes help track one down, this isn’t always possible and may include additional costs (such as purchasing the file itself). We encourage you to provide a ready-to-print file whenever possible, as we may not be able to guarantee a quote without one.

Designs

We create our own designs and currently do not offer custom design services. Occasionally, we may accept very simple design requests at our discretion.

Turnaround Time

  • Custom orders can take 1 day to 3 weeks to complete depending on complexity.
  • Occasionally, large orders or back-to-back orders may extend this timeframe.
  • Drop-off and pick-up orders may take a bit longer depending on our schedule and location.
  • Shipping (via Canada Post) typically ranges from 5 working days to a couple of weeks, depending on destination.

Payment & Deposits

  • If a file must be purchased, payment for the file is required (we recommend customers purchase files themselves when possible).
  • Non-refundable deposits are required for special orders not normally sold at events.
  • No deposit is required for items we regularly sell at events.
  • Full payment is due at pickup, drop-off or before shipped

The Process

  1. Request – Tell us what you’d like (custom colors, size, or design).
  2. Review & Quote – We’ll review your request and provide pricing and estimated time.
  3. Approval – Once approved, we’ll start printing and finishing your custom piece. Changes after approval may not be possible.
  4. Delivery – We prefer in-person pickup for custom orders whenever possible. However, we’re happy to ship within Canada and the U.S. for an additional fee. Please note that any tariffs, duties, or customs charges for U.S. orders are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Prints should be handled with care.
  • Small or broken pieces may pose a choking hazard and are not suitable for unsupervised children.
